These aluminium  prefabricated parts come in 2 mm thickness and modular widths of 50, 70, 90, 110, 130, 150, 165, 180, 195, 210, 225, 240, 260, 280, 320, 340, 360, and 400 mm, with a standard length of 6000 mm. End caps in plastic or aluminium  are available to allow proper fitting between the finished reveal or inset. Also, system connection elements are available for corner or continuous joints, at angles of 90, 135, and 180 degrees. Available finishes: bronze anodized (medium), EV1 (natural anodized), white (matching the colour of aluminium for wood-aluminium  windows).

If you're interested in exterior blinds or shutters, we are happy to provide you with details for their installation with MINTAL windows. The implementation will be carried out in collaboration with the technicians from our partner organization to ensure professional installation of the shading systems.

For the supply of insect screens for MINTAL windows, we also collaborate with K-SYSTÉM. We offer various options tailored to your needs and window construction types. Choose from removable screens secured in a perimeter frame with rotating locks, roller screens that neatly retract into a drum, hinged opening screens for easy passage, pleated Nobarrier door screens that fold neatly when opened, or barrier-free NobaRoll rolling door screens for maximum convenience.

To complete the perfect aesthetic and harmonize colour shades on window elements, we offer customers a comprehensive coating system from Remmers. It is suitable for both exterior and interior use. Its features include excellent wood protection, easy application, long-lasting UV protection, and a wide range of shades. HK Lasur HSL - 30/m Induline Mix & Go brush.

Since windows and doors are exposed to dirt and external environmental factors after installation, we provide cleaning and maintenance kits for exterior surface care of window frames. For regular care of exterior wooden surfaces, we offer a maintenance kit that includes a cleaning solution and a renovation solution. Annual application of this kit significantly extends the surface treatment's lifespan, restores its shine, and promotes regeneration. The window maintenance kit is for MINTAL windows, and the door kit is for entrance doors. For cleaning aluminium surfaces in the exterior, we recommend the ALU-Cleaner cleaning kit, which has excellent degreasing properties and effectively dissolves dirt.

In projects where there is a risk of window damage, and it is necessary to protect the windows with adhesive tape or film to prevent contamination from cement, mortar, lime, etc., we offer customers a selection of protective tapes from TESA. Alternatively, other suitable tapes may be used according to the instructions for MINTAL products. Tesa 4439.

MINTAL offers customers consultation and supply of certified security cylinders for entrance doors. We recommend replacing the cylinder during moving or after the completion of all interior and exterior works. The supplied cylinders feature a special design that extends their lifespan, provides protection against picking, drilling, and the "SG method." Keys can only be duplicated by authorized partners with the security card. Resistance class RC 4, security certificate according to EN 1303.

To complete the details of connecting MINTAL threshold systems with the building’s waterproofing system, we offer sealing membranes upon request. These create a waterproof barrier on the exterior side of the structure. The membrane is highly flexible and adheres to non-porous surfaces using a synthetic rubber-based polymer, ensuring long-term resistance to aging, temperature changes, and expansion movements. If waterproofing is not part of your project, we can coordinate with a specialized company to implement it, ensuring full protection for your construction project.
