Architects Chose MINTAL for Excellence
When working on the Dream Home project, the architects aimed to seamlessly blend the interior with the exterior, creating a fluid transition into the surrounding forest. Their goal was to find windows that could be effortlessly integrated into the structure—almost invisible, yet highly functional. After careful consideration, they entrusted their vision to the unparalleled quality offered by MINTAL.
For this project, they opted for the exclusive HS Panorama timber-aluminium sliding system, crafted from finger-jointed spruce wood in the superior 500 + ACBB standard. The wooden surface was stained to precise specifications, with a custom-mixed shade that seamlessly complements the home's other design elements.
The architects selected a special structured metallic finish with a deep matte effect for the aluminium exterior surface treatment, providing not only a refined aesthetic appearance but also exceptional thermal insulation properties (Uf - 0.80 W/m²K). The frame was filled with insulated ESG tempered glass, offering a Ug value of 0.5 W/m²K and an overall window thermal transmittance of Uw 0.65 W/m²K. The glazing of jumbo glass panels was carried out using robotic technology, while the installation was executed with an advanced offset mounting system.
The minimalist design was further enhanced with concealed fittings and sliding components featuring barrier-free access, thanks to the mechanism from Siegenia. The reduction of frame surfaces accentuated the sense of connection with nature and the surrounding landscape, allowing the architects to achieve exactly what they envisioned—a true "Dream Home."

Project Glass Wall on the House
In our Glass Wall Project, we installed on the house a glass wall that not only provided barrier-free views of the surrounding scenery but also allowed maximum daylight penetration into the interior. This created a sense of greater space and harmony with nature. Thanks to the unique combination of functionality, design, and precise details, these windows will remain in perfect condition for decades to come.
