Project documentation, drawings, visualizations, or even a basic idea are sufficient. We will review the documents, supplement what is missing, and already at this stage, we check that the solution makes sense both technically and logically. The goal is to prevent problems before they arise.
Step 2
We'll design a solution and invite you to our showroom
We will prepare a technically verified design and a price quote, which we will go over with you by phone. Then we will invite you to the showroom, where you can choose materials, colours, profiles, and details in person. It is here that drawings and numbers turn into a real idea of your windows.
Step 3
We will fine-tune the details and prepare the final order
We communicate with the architect, designer, and builder, ensure precise measurement of the construction, and prepare individual detail solutions. The result is a final offer and a contract for work, which you can sign electronically. From this moment, the project has clear outlines and goes into production.
Step 4
Production and Preparation for Assembly
After the deposit is paid, we start production. Before its completion, we check the readiness of the building and plan the installation date. We time everything so that the installation runs smoothly, without unnecessary downtime and stress.
Step 5
Professional assembly and handover of the work
Windows will be installed by our own installation team according to the prepared solution and project documentation. After installation, we will check the functionality, adjust the fittings, and hand over the finished work, including recommendations for use and maintenance.
Step 6
Long-term service and expert support
After the installation is complete, we remain your partner. We provide service, expert settings, and technical advice throughout the entire lifespan of your windows. You always know who to turn to and who knows your solution in detail.
