Not all windows are created equal, even if they may look similar at first glance. The difference reveals itself in the details, in the construction, in the parameters, and especially after years of use.

At MINTAL, we design windows as a complex system. The frame, glass, hardware, sub-frame profiles, and installation form a single unit. If one detail fails, the entire solution fails.

When it comes to thermal properties, we do not work with partial data. We transparently state Uw, Ug, and Uf, because only the overall heat transfer coefficient indicates the true quality of a window. A Uf value of 0.80 W/m²K is among the best in the timber-aluminum construction segment and significantly reduces heat losses through the frame, which is often the weakest link.

The foundation of our windows is premium A500+ class timber. Stable, defect-free, precisely dried. In combination with digitally controlled CNC machining, it creates a construction with high dimensional stability even for large glazed areas. The result is strength that does not deform over time.

We use top-class ECLAZ and SKN 183 glass, which brings more natural light without compromising thermal insulation. The warm edge spacer Swisspacer Ultimate reduces condensation and minimizes thermal bridges. Every detail is designed to increase living comfort throughout the year.

Concealed SIEGENIA hardware ensures a clean look, higher load capacity, and better sealing. For entrance doors, we use multi-point locking, conical hooks, and security features, which significantly increase protection against forced entry. Smart access systems provide comfort without compromising security.

Production takes place on a fully digitalized line utilizing robotic technologies. Klaes software controls the precision of every element. This eliminates errors, increases consistency, and the result is a product that meets the high technical demands of modern buildings.

Installation is carried out exclusively by our own team. We do not consider it an add-on, but a crucial phase of the entire process. We use systematic solutions and materials with guaranteed functionality for up to 50 years. Only this way can we take full responsibility for the result.

We comply with European standards, have Slovenergo certification, and participated in the creation of standard STN 74 6200. We not only declare quality but also shape it.
